Restoring biblical literacy to the church

Building A Church

By faith in God alone, one family set out to obey a call from God. In response to that call, the Point of Life Missionary Church was organized and planted with a commitment to serve God and His people through the faithful preaching and teaching of His word.

Our Vision
We desire to become a spiritually, healthy, Christian community serving as a point of life to a world in desparate need of knowing God.

A Biblical Church
Point of life is committed to restoring biblical literacy to the church. Generally speaking, the contemporary culture of the church has abandoned good, wholesome, biblical teaching. However, Point of Life seeks to be a biblical church: replacing stories with the gospel; replacing entertainment with true worship, and enjoying the experience of worship in the context of truth.

A Working Church
Point of Life seeks to be a missionary church. We believe that serving God translates into fulfilling the mission which He has called us to fulfill. "Go ye and make disciples," - (Jesus Christ).

A United Church
Our faith and calling in Christ Jesus is what unites us as a body. At Point of Life, "We treasure our diversity and value  our unity." The fellowship we enjoy with one another is one of the church's greatest assets.

A Seeking Church
Our prayer is for God to send us individuals who have a sincere desire to know, love, and serve the Lord. Every individual who receives salvation in Jesus Christ is baptized into the body of Christ (the church). God has a purpose for each member of the body. A significant part of the church's ministry is to aid each member in the discovery of their calling and to equip them for their service.

Matthew 9:37–38
“The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

If you are a Christian who loves the Lord, who desires personal spiritual growth, and who is seeking to know and fulfill God's purpose in your life, we would love for you to consider being a part of God's work at Point of Life.
