It was a mystery, prior to the coming of Jesus Christ, that the gospel of salvation would be to all peoples of the world and not just to the Jews. “To be specific, that the Gentiles are fellow heirs and fellow members of the body, and fellow partakers of the promise in Christ Jesus through the gospel,” (Ephesians 3:6). However, they are many things which keep the Gentiles far away from God.
